I'm winner of apple Iphone x but my bank account is locked due to inactivity if i send payment from another person credit card then can i receive my iphone?

THAT IS A SCAM. Do not share any financial information with that site.
I agree that this is 100% FAKE and is not from Mozilla or the Firefox web browser. Do not give them any personal information or send them any money. Variations of this sort of scam has existed for a long time, not for Firefox users but in general.
Mozilla does not do any so called surveys with claims that you have won or will receive insert expensive prizes like iPhones or gift cards
Mozilla has done surveys over the years by way of http://qsurvey.mozilla.com which is surveygizmo.com
If a page is impersonating Mozilla and or the Firefox browser with icon or use of Firefox name like in your image example then you can report it at https://www.mozilla.org/legal/fraud-report/
You have asked about this and a couple other similar claims of winning a prize after a so called survey in last short while. People have replied saying it was a scam.
