How can I set the homepage through about:config?

I've been searching around, but all the information seems to point to setting the homepage through the settings menu, not about:config.

I'd like to be able to define the homepage in mobile.js before building the project so that I don't have to manually go into the preference menu every time to set the homepage.

about:config does not allow setting a home page for Firefox for Android.
