I'll try sending this again...Google is my home page. After typing a search term and pressing Return, Firefox displays a blank page, although the information in the URL box appears to be correct. I then press the Reload button, and Firefox displays the search results.

I use Bitdefender. I asked them about this and was told to use a different browser.

I'll try to attach screenshots, but it didn't work the first time I tried this.

Separate Security Issue, please update your Flash 27.0 r0 by removing it with this tool : https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html Reinstall with Flash Player Version: 30.0.0.134 Current Version https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>

There is security software like Avast/AVG, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate. If you are running any of the above software please check their community forum for a work around to apply settings.

These pages are also for the errors you may have besides relating to the above.

Please go to their Forum https://forum.bitdefender.com/ and as for help making adjustments to BitDefender to work with Firefox and if they tell you to use another browser I would suggest since if paid you want service.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.
