Hi, open bookmarks, then 'Show all Bookmarks' (at the bottom). Now, (making sure that Other Bookmarks is selected in the left-hand pane,) click the ones you want to move, whilst holding down Ctrl, then right click > Cut. You can now right click > Paste into your new location. (If you have a large block of bookmarks that you want to move, you can click one of them whilst holding Ctrl, then hold Shift and click one at the other end of the block to select them all at once, then Cut and Paste as above).
