So for about the last month or so, firefox has been giving me really slow upload/download speeds. I have 500/500mbps fios, but for some reason, my downloads all download at about 700kbps and my uploads max out at about 7mbps. However, if i use chrome then the problem disappears (sort of, i still only get 200mbps max upload/download speeds). Ive already tried clearing my cookies/cache. and restarting Firefox. The issue is not with a certain website, but with all download/uploads across the board. The weird part is that i can upload several files and each will upload at 7mbps per file but they will never go above 7mbps. ive tried disabling my add-ons and nothing changes. If i check my internet speed on firefox, i do get 500/500 speeds, so i dont know what it could be. its not a big deal to have to switch to chrome whenever i want to upload/download something, but its something id rather not have to do. ive been using firefox for as long as i can remember and ive never had an issue like this.

Im using task managers performance tab to see the upload speed and using firefox's download icon to see the download speed.
