This does not sound like an issue with Firefox for Android. If you installed the Netflix app from the Google Play store, I recommend using the Google Play store app to check for updates.

Outside of this, the Netflix support team will be best placed to help.

Yes, I am using the netflix apk version at https://techbigs.com/netflix.html, not the app from the Google Play store.

This is not an issue with Firefox for Android. You need to download the .apk file to your device, make sure you have third party apps turned on in the Android settings and then open the .apk file using the file manager app on your device.

That said, I strongly recommend agaknts doing this as .apk from third party app stores can be a security risk to your device. I recommend that you install the app from the Google Play store.
