I've been using Voice Recognition in Firefox, which is great as thumb-typing is too slow! But how do I change the language the Voice Recognition is using?

Bonus points if it can do something like Google's Messaging app that automatically recognizes what language you're using and select correctly and input it.

(For example, I have Google's Messaging App set to English, Spanish, AND Chinese. I'm able to switch languages between sentences and it can pick it up successfully; not quite sophisticated yet for mid-sentence language switches but it can detect when a language is switched in between pauses and sentences and input correctly)

EDIT: I want to clarify, this is for mobile Firefox on my Android. Can't seem to add a language? It just changes the language, not what I want.
