Pop-ups blocked despite 'Block pop-up windows' box being unchecked
I'm working on a Mac with Catalina operating system, Firefox 95.0.2. I have made sure the block pop-up windows box in the Firefox settings is unchecked and that is remains unchecked. But pop-ups are still being blocked. Can anyone help me solve this?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
