My email progam was working until now I cannot send messages and I get the below message - How do I fix it please ? Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: VCcronZ8PLF4q Authentication Required (TT401). Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again. I have checked its the correct email address etc ?

You need to supply info regarding the smtp server settings.

Authentication problem could be the user name or the password used with that user name or the Connection Security type selected or the type of Authtication Methosd you have selected or the account is not using the correct smtp server. You only need one to be wrong and it all fails.

Menu icon > Account Settings Bottom left pane click on 'Outgoing Server (SMTP)' Select the smtp server which is specifically set up for the problem account email address. The User name will say full email address of that account. Post image showing details.
