The ideas site is managed separately. If you provided details of the submission you made, someone here might be able to offer suggestions but that's the most you could get.

The OP is referring to the Mozilla site https://connect.mozilla.org/

Firefox is a web browser {made by the company Mozilla} and is not a company or a multi tool as you confuse things by saying "use a different part of Firefox"
