when i open a new tab i want the firefox start page not the untitled page!!
Thee answers i get are all to much more complicated questions!! All I want to do is set up so that when i open a new tab it start with the firefox start page and not with the untitled page. How do i do that, please????

Install the extension New Tab Homepage is the simplest way.
Can someone please advise? I have a new PC with Win 7 Professional. My old Win XP PC did not have this problem of "New Tab" opens Untitled. I would like it to open as my "Home Page".
The suggestion by AlleyKat fixed the problem. Many thanks.
