Will Firefox mobile work on the regular Motorola Droid a855?
I have a Droid a855 and would like to know if Firefox Mobile will work on this device before I download it. Will it speed up my browsing or slow it down. I have been using the original browser that came loaded on the phone and would like more features but want to maintain the speed.

Yes. Your phone have an ARMv7 architecture processor and Android 2.0.
There is a known problem with Firefox on the original Motorola Droid which can cause very bad performance and sometimes cause your phone to freeze or reboot.
