Do you use Panda Cloud AV? If so, try killing the Panda URL Filtering process. If this eliminates the problem, then use Control Panel to remove Panda Security URL Filtering

Note: if you don't want to disable Panda URL filtering permanently, you can shut down the process in task manager temporarily. I believe the process is pandaurlfiltering.exe

Panda furnished me with a beta replacement for the URL filtering and it works. They say theyll be updating soon. In the meantime, keeping in mind that it's a beta, you can download it at http://betatest.vmn.net/betatest/PandaSecurity/PandaURLFiltering/PandaURLFiltering_2.0.0.12.exe

Otherwise, you can just leave the filtering disabled and wait for the official update.
