I'm currently using ZoneAlarm Extreme Security which I haven't had any problems with (apart from when I downloaded Service Pack 3 onto my XP) . ZA tells me that it supports up to v.5 of Firefox but since I download v. 7 I can't get into my ZA account on my laptop and on my Windows 7 desktop computer I can't access the internet at all. But, as written above, I can't find a download for Ffv.5

You need to go to the Zone Alarm forum and post your question(s) about Zone Alarm compatibility. You will find that the newest version of their toolbar and application are compatible with Firefox version 7 (prior Firefox versions are not supported by the newest Zone Alarm version). Be sure to post your Zone Alarm product (Extreme) and version number with your question. They will instruct you on how to do a "clean" install of Zone Alarm when upgrading to a new version.
