After logging in, Comcast.net Inbox Preview Page is displayed. Normally, clicking on email on the displayed list brings up the email. Also, clicking on "Inbox" displays complete inbox listing. Starting today, neither of these actions works. After clicking either one of these options, I am simply returned to the Inbox Preview Page. I am able to access my email account using Google Chrome.

Open Xfinity Connect preferences and switch to the Connect Lite interface. Preferences may not open in Firefox, so do the changes in IE or Chrome.

The new Xfinity Connect worked fine last spring in Firefox when it was introduced, but Comcast broke it some time last summer.

Thanks the-edmeister. This solved the access problem. However, the text is too large & goes beyond my screen. to read an email, I must scroll left & right. Very irritating. Can this be fixed, or must I do my emailing with Google Chrome?

Thanks again.
