Is there a way to move the temp .part file to a different location other than where completed file is being downloaded?

I would like to save files to my desktop, but while downloading the .part file temporarily saves there to. Then once my file finished downloading the .part file goes away leaving a blank area. This makes it hard to keep my desktop downloads organized. Is there a way to have the .part file save to an alternate location such as the windows temp folder? What you can do is if you right click on the desktop, then click on View, then "Auto Arrange Icons" it can automatically sort your icons (based on your sorting preferences) as changes are made (one is added, removed, renamed, etc.)

Thank you for the reply but I have my icons set in a certain way and the auto arrange messes that up. I am surprised Mozilla does not have a feature do save the temp file in a different location?
