All the information I could access is displayed below. Firefox crashes on opening the application. Will not open in safemode. Also when updated firefox continues to crash. It is also unable to send a report to apple.

Please read Firefox crashes, and try the steps listed there. Does Firefox crash as soon as it is opened? Have you tried opening in Safe Mode?
