Hi Nitaann, Firefox is a web browser. It displays the content of existing sites. Things like email or page contents come from the content provider. Who is your email provider? You'll probably have better luck consulting their help documentation. That being said, there is usually a forward button near the reply button. Depending on who your mail provider is, it might be in different locations but it is a very standard feature.
