I currently have a Sony S tablet, running android 4.0.3, but i can't install firefox as it is not found in the android market. But i have tried it on my google galaxy nexus and it works fine.

There is a version of Firefox for android tablets available for testing. The devs don't want to push the release to tablets yet, but the nightly version linked above does run really well on tablets.

Also if you would like to use a version that is slightly more stable than the nightly builds, you can try the "aurora" channel which also has tablet support: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/mobile/aurora/
