Why will the popup blocker not remember allowed sites between sessions (ver 13.01.1 & Win XP Pro)?
The popup blocker not remember allowed sites between sessions. It will not even show the allowed site if I put it in, close the options menu, and then revisit to see if it is still there.

You can check the "Clear history when Firefox closes" settings.
- Do not use "Clear Recent History" to clear the "Site Preferences"
- Tools > Options > Privacy: History: [X] Clear history when Firefox closes > Settings

Note that clearing "Site Preferences" clears all exceptions for cookies, images, pop-up windows, software installation, and passwords.
