why does flash keep crashing on my laptop but not on my pc?!
firefox will open and everything works until i load any fb games or videos, flash crashes.flash is good on my desktop pc. my laptop is brand new, firefox and flash are up to date, i'm sure flash is on. i dont know what to do. getting frustrated!!

You can check for problems caused by recent Flash updates and try these:
- disable a possible RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension for Firefox and update the RealPlayer if installed
- disable protected mode in Flash 11.3 and later
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
