everything I open is to small to read, i can't read my emails because the lettering is micro-small. The letters in the browser are readable. I went through microsoft help and all it did was increase the lettering in the browser---same prblem here on Firefox. Help

Firefox remembers zoom settings on a per site basis. Perhaps you just need to zoom in more. use the keyboard key Ctrl & plus

ie the key Control and with it then press the plus sign key that is next to the backspace key.

I solved my letter size problem. (1) I clicked on VIEW (2) clicked on ZOOM (3) pressed Ctrl and tapped + ( plus sign ) and it made the letters larger. If they get to big hold down Ctrl and tap - ( minus sign )
