I have just switched from Chrome to Firefox. I can open the same web page in each browser, but only can access and make comments in the news article in Chrome. I am signed in to Disqus in each browser. In Firefox, when I click on the "comments" click point, nothing happens and they do not appear at the bottom of the article as they do in Chrome. I have searched through the settings in "tools & options" but have found no settings that seem to affect the problem. Help please!

hello, can you try to replicate this behaviour when you launch firefox in safe mode once? if not, maybe an addon is interfering here...
