http://www.fedexuk.net/accounts/collections.aspx for logged-in user to create a 3-way shipment. "Collect from" address can be searched on postcode or input manually- ok. "deliver-to" address" can be searched on postcode or input manually- ok. But "Confirm address" gives Error - 'fedex does not recognise this as a valid address'. So fedex does not recognise/accept ANY delivery address (but IE works correctly). I confirmed this with Chis at FedexUK on +441782568911.

This was true for both Win7 & XP - on different machines

Everything else seems to be fine Is this a problem with the Fedex coding - or Mozilla?

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  5. Now click the Clear now button.

Further information can be found in the Clear your cache, history and other personal information in Firefox article.

Helpful - but clearing cache & cookies didn't solve the problem. Search a postcode for CollectionAddress is ok, and will confirm. But I still get "Delivery address cannot be located..." when clicking ConfirmAddress - even though this address was found using the postcode search on the page. And presumably the routine called is the same

Which suggests that the problem must be in the coding on the Fedex page? Which doesn't handle the results of the 2nd call correctly?
