I need to migrate individual email contact lists. I have been able to migrate the contacts themselves, but not the lists. Is there some way to do this in Thunderbird? Thank you.

I doubt it.There is, in general, no commonly agreed format for address book data. CSV files are about as close as it gets to being a standard for data interchange. But CSV, being "flat" files can't describe Mailing Lists, groups or Distribution Lists. And email programs have very different ways of managing lists/groups, so any one client is unlikely to be able to make sense of another's data sets.

I have heard of addins or plugins that will manage contact lists, with some sort of special format. I was hoping someone could recommend one.
