On Mac OSX Maverikcs, when plugging and unplugging a Thunderbolt display, the Awesome Bar and Search box suggests do not appear where they are supposed to.

Like the question says, when I plug in my MacBook to my Thunderbolt display, the suggestions for both the Awesome Bar and the Search Box appear in the middle of the browser window and not underneath either the Awesome Bar or the Search box. I can send screenshots if that would help. It makes the browser seem rather amateurish.

Here's a screenshot of it happening to the search box. The search suggestions appear over the "New Yorker" link in the upper right.
