With new version of Firefox, I am unable to upload photos from my computer into my Amazon seller account. I just get a message that says "can't upload, try again."Amazon says it is a browser problem. I am able to do this using Internet Explorer. Using 33.1 Unable to allow the troubleshooting information, by the way (connection failure),

Chosen solution

It is possible that anti-virus software is blocking the upload. Try to disable the real-time (live) scanning of files in your anti-virus software temporarily to see if that makes downloading work.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test.

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problem.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;

Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar.

Under Advanced, Select General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration. Then check ALL of your settings; Browser and add-ons.

Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?. Then restart.

I am not that experienced with these things to try to do that. Sorry. Perhaps this is an issue for other people and I'll just have to wait for some revision of Firefox. Meanwhile, I'm using IE to load the pictures. Thanks for the help though
