Hi sailinghome, There should not be a product code associated with Mozilla Firefox.

Did you use front motion msi? http://www.74k.org/mozilla-firefox-uninstall-guids

What they want is the product code for the Windows on your system. Go back to where you were asked. There should be a link to show you how to find it.
