Firefox crashes
I'm using Windows 8 and this is my work computer, so the network is managed by the IT guys, as well as all the software updates. They "don't support Firefox".
Firefox randomly freezes up and crashes as I'm working. I can't discern any specific website and I'm typically not running any other software other than Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro, and whatever runs in the background that I'm not aware of. My Firefox just updated to version 35.0.
Thanks.

Note that your System Details List shows multiple Flash plugins.
- Shockwave Flash 16.0 r0
- Shockwave Flash 15.0 r0
- Shockwave Flash 11.8 r800
You can find the installation path of all plugins on the about:plugins page.
You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove older version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and possibly (re)install the latest Flash player.
- (32 bit Windows) C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\
- (64 bit Windows) C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\
You can uninstall the current Flash player version and (re)install the latest Flash version.

Thanks for the great info--I did notice that there were multiple Flash versions but didn't know what to do about it. I have followed your instructions and uninstalled all the old Flash players, and installed the current version. I'm hoping this will solve the problem.
