If you have a message stored in the 'Drafts' folder and you now want to either modify it or send it as it is: Select the Drafts folder to see emails in list.

Any of the following methods will open that email in a new Write message:

Select email so it shows in lower message pane. Where it says 'this is a draft message' ..click on Edit' button OR Right click on email in list and select : 'Edit as new message' OR Double click on email in list.

Then you can check the message is all ok and Send using the 'Send' button.

RE: no 'Send' button showing in the Write message window: Can you see : 'File' , 'Edit' , 'View' etc ? If no - there are no toolbars at the top.

  • Press 'Alt' key to get a temporary Menu Bar'
  • Then 'View' > 'Toolbars' > select 'Menu Bar' to set as permanent.
  • Then 'View' > 'Toolbars' > select 'Composition Toolbar'

If you can see both toolbars, but the 'Send' button is still missing from the Composition Toolbar:

  • 'View' > 'Toolbars' > select 'Customise'
  • At the bottom click on 'Restore Default Set' button
  • Then click on 'Done' button

If you can only see a 'Send Later' button, not 'Send': this means you are in 'Offline' mode and using the 'Send Later' button will put the email in the 'Outbox' so you can send later when in 'Online' mode.

To get into 'Online' mode: Click on the two black screen icon which is displayed at the bottom far left of 'Status bar' in main user interface - below the Folder Pane. It will change to two blue screen icon meaning you will then be in 'Online' mode
