Help me stop video ads from playing

I go to web sites to get the weather, etc. A voice starts playing and after I search all over and then down the page a bit, I'm able to find the ad and pause it. I don't want ads playing videos on my computer. So, help me stop it! Thanks.

Flash block {web link} Never be annoyed by a Flash animation again! Blocks Flash so it won't get in your way, but if you want to see it, just click on it
