Can you download Firefox from this page : https://www.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/new/

If your unable to download from that link, you might have a malware issue. Please try these three tools which are highly regarded (and free):

Malwarebytes Anti-malware : http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free AdwCleaner : http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/ (ignore banner ads for other products) SUPERAntiSpyware : http://www.superantispyware.com/

Try this:

  • Download the full Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop
  • Start the installation with a double-click on the desktop icon
