Downloaded FireFox and within the download/install process was asked 3/4 questions pertaining to adding a file to my download within the installation of FireFox. After selecting NO and completed update etc. I noticed certain pop-ups, so I went to "options" and discovered one of the files I selected NO on was there. Removed it or disabled it and it still ran along with another one I could only locate within my Windows 32 system folder. That was given certain permissions and restricted me the pc owner. What's up with that? So, my questions is does the new FireFox download ask specific questions about allowing, signing up for, receiving information etc. during the download and install process? If so is there a way I can download an older version perhaps?

Sounds as if you downloaded Firefox from the "wrong website", rather than an official Mozilla website. If it's not a secure Mozilla domain, don't use it. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/fx/#desktop https://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html
