I don't have enough space on my C drive and that's where Thunderbird is trying to restore the profile using my xxx.pcv file, even though Thunderbird itself is installed on another drive. Is there a way to force it to put the profile on the same drive as the program, where I DO have room for it? I've got a lot of emails (POP) that I do not want to lose from my old PC. Thanks in advance for any help. sw

I don't know about MozBackback, don't use it here. You can try to follow these instructions. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Moving_your_profile_folder_-_Thunderbird#Use_the_Profile_Manager_to_move_your_profile
