What registration are you talking about?

Make sure that you download and install the Firefox version from the official Mozilla servers. You can find the full version of the current current Firefox release (37.0.1) in all languages and all operating systems here:

Not entirely sure about your question but just in case, the URL(Uniform Resource Locator) is the short, fancy name for the web address e.g. google.com.
