I deleted my account and lost all my emails, contacts, and saved folders in doing so. I need to get them back and then start a new account.

I had a problem with my passwords and so removed my old account prior to starting a new one. I didn't know I'd lose all my contacts, folders , and emails. I need to get them back and then set up the proper settings and passwords on the new account. So the question is " How do I get the old account information back?

lets start at the beginning.

How did you delete your account. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not affect data, so your actions are necessary to work out what if anything might remain.

Thank you for your help. I found my address book was still there and that was the most important thing. So I just created a new account and made new folders for separating everything. So I lost a few old things that I had been saving but maybe it was for the best. I decided to print out my address book so I wouldn't have to worry about in the future. Better safe than sorry. But thanks again for your willingness to help. Don
