Looking for Extensions tab--can't find it--so how can I get rid of ShopAtHome toolbar? THX

Something called ShopAtHome.com is on my computer and it seems to interfere when I try to navigate to a website I want to view. Also I have no need for ShopAtHome. I tried to get rid of toolbar but it came back. Then I tyuped <how to get rid of ...> into Google saw a response to first click on Firefox icon at top of screen, then look for a Extensions Tab Well, I didn't find any Extension Tab to click on. Nada. .Maybe that instruction is obsolete? Please tell me a current, viable means of eradicating ShopAtHome tool bar and any underlying cookie or malware lurking behind the scenes? ShopAtHome can go to Digital Hell.
