24 lines of "from" data included in new emails, how to stop???

MY incoming Thunderbird email has started adding 24 lines of data about who sent it, routing info, virus checking etc. Is this my Thunderbird email client or my ISP inputing info? How do I stop it? Partial example follows for you analysis and understanding:
