On my office PC I am using Thunderbird 31.7 at home I went to 38.0.1 38.0.1 does not sync the folders. I can not figure out if it is a software flaw or a setting. There is no error message generated. Any ideas?

Still In Windows safe mode, start thunderbird in safe mode - http://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/safe-mode
