When I look at my inbox and select an e-mail to open, the middle box and the text box below do not match the selection in the subject column. This only occurred recently and only on my laptop. My desktop operates correctly. The middle box and the text match, but this e-mail has been deleted, but the text just won't change and go away. I'm leaving tomorrow on a trip, and if I can't get this fixed, I won't be able to open e-mails with possible solutions. I'll see replies but can't open them.

I somehow made the erroneous data disappear and don't really know how, but thanks to this help, I know how to fix it should it happen again
