I recently change my wired router to a DLink Wireless one. Everything works fine, but now I get an annoying ping every time my wife and I receive e-mail messages. I cannot find the tools menu on the Outlook screen when using Firefox. Can you help me get rid of the annoying ping?

Is that Outlook the site, or the program (also called Live Mail) ?

At the web site, press your user name and choose Settings.
