You can't do that. But you can set up a Message Filter to use a rule for "is not in my address book" and use that to automatically delete messages from unknown senders.

Have you thought about what happens if a friend sends using an email address you didn't know about? And what about legitimate commercial messages that have randomized "from;" addresses?
