I just upgraded my OS from Win 7 Ult to Win 10 Pro. I tried t run MozBackup 1.5 and it did not complete the task. Is there an alternative to back up my FF and TB?

Hi

The most straightforward way is to take a backup of your profile folder, an approach that works for both Firefox and Thunderbird. This is then something you can use with a clean install of Firefox or Thunderbird to restore settings and messages.
