I'm trying to open a file/image in Mozilla Firefox, but it's not in the options for opening the file. What do I do?

I have a saved image file that I want to open, but I need to be able to open it in Firefox. Only problem is that, on the list of what i can open it with, Mozilla Firefox is nowhere to be found. Period. Any suggestions? Is there a file that I can save in downloads or something that will allow me to open my image in Mozilla? Thanks, everyone!

You can find more information about adjusting Firefox's default actions for files in this knowledge base article:

Please note that Firefox cannot open all file types (ex. Word Documents or executable files).

You can also open certain files in Firefox after they have been downloaded by changing your default program settings in the Windows operating system settings.
