Why does he appear in address bar on right or left side? Only he looks mad in adress bar. If click on it I get new tab with code i assume. He looks more not happy than THE picture i upliaded.

The Android icon in the address bar shows that there is an app installed on the phone/tablet that is related to the current address. If you were on maps.google.com and searched for something you can tap the android icon to open that search directly in the Google maps app.
