When I read a video, green and black rows appear sometimes on the top of the video screen. Is Flash Player, Windows 10 or Mozilla problem ? Each one is updating

I have attached pictures to be clearer. It is an occasional probelm, I did not notice with some particular videos or websites, it appears and disappears for no particular reason. Firefox did not notice a troubleshooting.

I have not yet seen this problem if I use Google Chrome for example, but I have not this problem with firefox on my other computer running on windows 10 too.
