Firefox does not seem to keep my setting to show logins and passwords - I have had to re-set the security options several times. Is there something else I should be doing? I do NOT want a master password - I am the only one who ever uses the computer (I live alone).

Thanks, Alicia

Hello Alicia.

For the process how to remove master password from Firefox, please see the Use a Primary Password to protect stored logins and passwords KB article, especially it's second part about removing the master password.
