Came to print a pdf doc today, nothing had changed, not even turned my PC off and rather than print, I got 2 error messages as show in the screenshots.

Tried following all the printer reset stuff, including manually deleting entries in the prefs.js. - no luck.

Does not even get to the stage of putting the file into the print queue.

Chrome, Chromium and IE11 all work fine.

Tried googling the error message but get nothing related

When I click yes on change printer port I just get my printer manager app appear on screen, nothing specific to the error.

Read lots of Articles about Mozillas track record of printing problems, but none seem to mirror this one.

Anyone any ideas?

hi, it appears that you are using the nightly version of firefox which is intended for developers and where things are bound to break every now and again. if you are using firefox for productive purposes you might want to consider switching to one of the more stable channels: https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/channel/#firefox
