Bounced Message Notification, bytes in the mailbox!!
Cannot receive mail. Deleted most older messages, compacted folders, tried to reset Thunderbird preferences and it is not listed as a default application. This started on Dec. 22, 2015.

Maybe it's your mailbox on the server that is full. Have you checked there, via your browser?
Do you have an example of the exact wording of the notification?
