I have upgraded, downgraded, uninstalled and reinstalled, deleted cookies and cache, refreshed, restarted both firefox and my computer countless times, deleted my prefs files associated with the printer, uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, double checked to make sure all my printer drivers were up to date, installed printer add-ons hoping that it would help and NOTHING has helped!!!! Can someone please offer some advice? Thanks in advance.

That is just it. There was never any pop up for printer options. I did however discover that there were viruses on my computer. I removed them but still nothing helped. The only thing that helped was setting my computer back to factory settings. :( Now that my computer is back up and running Firefox is working just fine.

Apparently Flash is not supported anymore?

Yes, Flash is still supported.

Please provide a screenshot of the "dialog box" that appears in Firefox when you try to print via the { Ctrl + P } keyboard command.

See this support article. How do I create a screenshot of my problem? It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.

Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
